Who is responsible

Next Automotive, ZeeWinde 5, 9738 AM Groningen, the Netherlands, is the data controller for the information received through this website. Questions about privacy? Email info@nextautomotive.nl or call +31 88 818 2890.

02

What data we receive

Through the contact form: your name, your email address and your message, plus your company name and phone number if you fill those in. If you email or call us directly, we process whatever you share in that message or conversation. Our web server also keeps standard log files containing IP addresses, among other things; we use those only for security and troubleshooting.

03

What we use it for

Only to answer your question and get in touch with you. The legal basis is your request for contact: performance of a contract or the steps leading up to it, and our legitimate interest in responding to messages. We do not use your details for advertising and we never sell them.

04

How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages for [TO BE COMPLETED: retention period, for example 12 months after the last contact]. If you become a customer, the retention periods of our administration and the statutory retention obligation apply.

05

Who we share it with

With no one, apart from the parties that make our website and email technically possible: our hosting provider and our email provider. We have a data processing agreement with them. We do not share your data with advertisers or other third parties.

06

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking software. The fonts are hosted on our own server too, so your browser makes no connection to third parties. That is why there is no cookie banner here: there is nothing to consent to.

07

Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your data, and you can object to the processing, have it restricted or have your data transferred. Send an email to info@nextautomotive.nl; we will respond within one month. If you disagree with how we handle this, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

08

Security

The website runs entirely over a secure connection (https) and only the staff handling your question have access to the messages.

09

Customer data of automotive businesses

When we work for an automotive business, we process their customers’ data on their instructions. In that situation the business is the data controller and we are the processor; those arrangements are set out in a data processing agreement. This privacy statement covers this website.

Changes

We update this statement when our way of working changes. Last updated on 4 October 2026.
